For Thai curry paste : 1 tbsp cumin powder, 2 tbsp corainder powder, 10 dry whole kashmiri red chillies, 1 tsp lemon Grid, 1 tsp black pepper powder, 3 stalks leaves Dhania chopped. Grind it into fine paste. Once it is done then keep aside...

Heat 1 tbsp oil. Fry 1 chopped onion and 2 tbsp crushed garlic for few minutes. Then add 1/2 chopped capsicum and 1/2 cup chopped baby corn and 1 chopped carrot. Fry for 1 minutes. Then add 1 cup chopped mushroom...Saute it for few minutes. Then add the Thai paste. Mix it well...

Now I am going to add coconut milk. In coconut milk add 1 tbsp corn flour. Mix...it well there will be no lumps on it... Then add in a curry. Slow the flame... Cover and cook till the vegetables are tender...and till it is gravy in consistency... Once it is done...Then check it...

Then transfer to a serving bowl.... Garnish with fresh cream... Serve with..nan..
