This Creamy and cheese Garlic Penne Pasta is a white sauce pasta that is great on it’s own. It’s super cheesy and has just the right touch of garlic and other spices making it another “go-to” dinner recipe! it’s so simple, easy and definitely delicious.

Steps

1

Cook pasta in a large pot of salted water until tender or by following the instruction given in the pack. Drain pasta and keep it ready.
2

Meanwhile, in another flame melt butter in a skillet over medium-low heat. Whisk in flour and cook until fragrant, about 30-40 seconds.
3

Quickly add milk and whisk. Turn of flame and pass the liquid mixture through Strainer (this way you will get lump free sauce.)
4

Turn of flame on low-medium and cook the sauce until slightly thickened. Add in oregano, chilli flakes, cheese and salt and cook till cheese melted. Sauce is ready. Remove the skillet from heat.
5

Meanwhile, heat butter in a wok on medium-high heat. Add garlic and saute for few seconds. Then add veggies stir and cook for 2 min. Season the veggies with salt and pepper.
6

Now add cooked pasta and toss them with veggies.
7

Now add the hot sauce over pasta. Stir and adjust salt & pepper to taste. Turn off flame.

Serve hot with some extra cheese. Enjoy 😊
