Steps

Wash and soak green moong dal and rice for 1/2hr.
Stuffing:- Mix 1/4Cup Green garlic coriander Turmeric powder red chilli powder Cumin Coriander powder1/2tsp. garam masala Salt 1tsp. oil in a bowl. Mix properly.(All dry masala murdle in khul batta to enhance taste.)And stuff vegetables.

Peel wash baby potato baby Onion and brinjal and slit from 2 sides. And Fill with stuffing mixture.

Heat oil in a Cooker.Saute cumin seeds Bayleaf Cloves dry red chilli Ginger chilli garlic paste and green garlic. Add red chilli powder turmeric powder salt garam masala
Mix all stuff vegetables saute.Add Green moong dal and rice. Add stuffing mixture and 1glass water..Cover and whistle 3-4.Turn off flame.And cool down cooker completely. - 4
Open and Serve.Pour ghee.Sambharia Khichdi is ready to Serve.Garnish with green garlic. Serve with Curd.
