  1. 1ℓ water
  2. 40 gkezuribushi

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil one liter of water in a pan

  2. 2

    Put 40 g of kezuribushi into the boiling water and immediately turn off the stove

  3. 3

    Wait until the kezuribushi has all sunk to the bottom of the pan

  4. 4

    Drain the deshi using a piece a cloth or scoop the kezuribushi out with a fine strainer

  5. 5

    A pan of savory deshi
