Boiled water into vessel add noodles and I tspoon oil salt cook till soft. Drain water keep under tap water to remove starch toss with little oil keep aside.

Get ready with all veggies chhoped. Heat up oil in pan /.vok add onions saute add ginger garlic minced saute add all veggies toss and saute 2 min.

Add salt black peper powder mix well add all sauces do not overcook veggies they should be crunchy. Add boiled noodles quick stir all together

Your easy tasty popular Chinese Hakka noodles ready to serve.
Serve hot or warm.
