Ingredients

  1. 2 piecesAburaage (thin deep-fried Tofu)
  2. 40 gchicken
  3. 1 pieceShiitake mushroom
  4. 20 gshredded carrot
  5. 4dried shrimps
  6. 4small eggs
  7. 150 mlwater
  8. 1 tablespoonDashi powder (Japanese fish bouillon powder)
  9. 1 tablespoonsoy sauce
  10. 1 teaspoonsugar

Steps

    This is Aburaage

    Chop chicken into small pieces and shred carrot and Shiitake mushroom.

    Cut Aburaage half and open inside like pocket

    Put all the ingredients in it

    Put egg on it

    Close the Aburaage with pick

    Mix the seasoning in water to make sauce and boil

    Put Aburaage in sauce and cook with low heat

    Cover with cooking paper and cook for about 10 minutes turning over once.
