Ingredients

  • 3 lbChuck roast
  • 1 stickbutter
  • 1ranch packet
  • 1au jus packet
  • pepperoncini peppers

Steps

  1. 1

    Place roast in crockpot

  2. 2

    Cover the roast in both seasoning packets

  3. 3

    Place stick of butter on top of the roast

  4. 4

    Add peppers on and around the roast

  5. 5

    Slow cook on low for 8 hours
