Cooking Instructions

Heat oven to 180c and line 20cm tin with parchment and grease

Sift flour, baking powder and salt

Cream butter and sugar add eggs one at a time with vanilla
- 4
Combine, add milk slowly if needed to create dropping consistency (falls of spoon easily)
- 5
Cook for 20 to 25 mins, don't open too early
- 6
Cool for 10 mins and then place of cooling rack
