Take a container add madia, salt,soda,Ajwan,1tsp- oil mix it well.

Take a papdi dough and make it like chapati but thiker then chapati and with fork have to some point it on chapati. Make cut into papdi by katori.

Take a pan add oil heat it for frying papdi. After oil heat put papdi and fry it upto brown and cook well.
