Fresh Pea's Idli

👉Transfer fresh peas, choppped coriander leaves, green chilli, curd, ginger and garlic in a mixer and grind to a fine paste.

👉Add semolina in a mixing bowl. Pour all the grinded paste in it and mix. Add salt and 1/4 cup water and mix well. Keep aside for 15 minutes.

👉Heat oil in a wok. Add mustard seeds and when mustard seeds splutter add asafoetida, urad dal and curry leaves and sauté for 30 seconds. Transfer this tadka over semolina batter and mix well.

👉Add one sachet of eno fruits salt and mix gently in one direction.

👉Now heat water in a pressure cooker. Let it boil. Grease an idli mould. Pour 1 tb spoon of batter in each mould and tap it. Now place this mould in pressure cooker. Place the lid and remove whistle. Let it steam for 12 minutes. Switch off the flame. Open the lid after 15 minutes. Demould the idlis.

👉Serve hot immediately with Sambhar.
