Finely chop all the vegetables. Make a paste of green chillies, garlic and ginger.

Heat oil in a pan, add onion and fry it well. Now add all the other vegetables and fry them well. 2-3 mein. After that add crushed green chutney, black pepper powder, soya sauce, schezwan sauce and salt, mix well and let it evaporate. (Add salt as per taste as soya sauce contains salt) Now let it cool down.

Add salt and oil to the flour and knead the dough

Make small balls of dough, roll it out, put vegetables on it, make modak-like buds and erase it to make momos. Don't take out the tip like modak.Make all the momos like this.

Now put water in a vessel and let it boil well. Keep a sieve on that utensil and keep the prepared momos in it and let it cook for 15-20 minutes.

Serve hot steamed momos with sejwan sauce.
