Easy Cheese Hanpen Sandwiches

My family loves this combination of hanpen and cheese, so I make it often.
It might be difficult to cut when it’s hot.
It is still nice once cooled down, so it's definitely ideal to pack in lunch boxes! For 4 servings. Recipe by nonmam

Steps
- 1
Slice the hanpen horizontally in half like in this picture. Do not cut right through; the edge of the hampen should be connected. It is a bit difficult, so please be careful not to cut yourself!
- 2
Open the hanpen like a book and lay a cheese slice in the middle.
- 3
Heat sesame oil in a pan and cook both sides until nicely golden brown like in this picture. It will quickly brown, so be careful that it doesn't burn. At the end, drizzle ponzu sauce over the sandwich. It's ready to eat!
