These healthy Greens can be incorporated into the children's daily meals for a worthwhile change. This Season does brings it's own treasures of fresh and flavourful Greens that are essential for maintaining the health aspects of every individual. Aromatic and exquisite Pooris to go with any simple Curry or a special homemade Pickle are a perfect accompaniment to many an important meals on a daily basis.
Not only that, my family enjoys it at Tea-time too. It's the best part of it actually as they are absolutely good on their own. And tastes just as delicious and delightful aa well.
The most important thing about these lovely looking Pooris is that these are made with Wheat flour and are therefore a great option on any day.

Steps
- 1
Make a hard yet a pliable dough out of all the ingredients listed for it's preparation. Do not keep any unused dough in the refrigerator. Make sure to knead only the required amount of the dough that's needed for that day. Use fresh dough each time you wish to eat these yummy pooris because onions leave a lot of water and hence makes the dough loose and unfit for cooking
- 2
Divide the dough into golf sized balls. Roll them with light hands. Deep fry in hot oil on both the sides. Keep an eye while frying. Check the oil temperature. If it is too hot, reduce it a bit and if it has become less hot, increase the flame accordingly.
- 3
It is advisable to roll all the pooris or the bhaturas at first and keep them covered with a cloth. Deep fry one by one after that. Serve them hot with aloo or chole masala. Or just with some mouthwatering lemon pickle just as i did. It's your choice. Enjoy!
