Ingredients

  1. 1/2 teaspoonsalt
  2. 1/2 teaspoonblack pepper
  3. 1/2 teaspoongarlic powder
  4. 1/2 teaspoondried oregano
  5. 1 teaspoondried basil
  6. 6large chicken breasts (or thighs/legs, etc) with bone and skin

    Set oven to bake at 350.

    Put the salt, pepper, garlic powder, oregano, basil, and chicken in the bowl.

    Massage the chicken to spread the seasoning mix all over it.

  4. 4

    Put the chicken in the baking pan. Cover the pan with aluminum foil and put it in the oven.

  5. 5

    After 30 minutes, carefully uncover the chicken. Turn the heat up to 450 and cook until the chicken is crisp and golden brown, about 30 minutes.
