  • 6chicken drumsticks
  • 3dried guajillo chiles
  • 2dried arbol chiles
  • 1/4onion
  • 1 cuptomato sauce (about 240 ml)

    Blend the chiles, tomato sauce, and onion in a blender until smooth.

  2. 2

    Arrange the chicken drumsticks in a baking dish and pour the blended sauce over them.

  3. 3

    Bake at 350°F (about 175°C) for 40 minutes.

  4. 4

    Serve with your choice of pasta or a green salad.
