Assemble ingredients

Cut bread slices from the inside to maintain the square shape.

In a mixing bowl, Crack eggs, add milk + salt + pepper powder and whisk well for 2-3 minutes. The mixture will turn fluffy. Now add veggies and give a nice mix.
Finely chop / grate Cheese cubes. - 4
In a low heated pan, add butter and place the edge bread slice.
Now pour 4-5 tbsp of egg mixture in the middle of the slice and spread evenly all around. Place cheese or sprinkle grated cheese on the surface. - 5

Now seal it with the cutout bread slice by pressing gently and cook/toast for 3-4 minutes under low flame.

By now egg mixture is firm, flip the other side and cook/toast for around 2 minutes. Repeat the same process with rest of the slices.

Now toast is ready.

Serve with tomato ketchup.

Pair either with tea / coffee for a complete breakfast.
