Wash dal and soak it

Wash and cut ginger, green chilli, coriander leaves and onion

Now grind masoor dal, onion, ginger, green chilli and coriander leaves

Make it fine paste

In a bowl add masoor dal paste and add jowar atta

Add baking powder for crispy

Add water as required. Mix well. Take it rest.

When oil is heated. Pour the mixing of jowar and masoor dal. Fry till golden brown
