Radish leaves vegetable (Mooli aur us Ke paton ki sabzi)

This recipe is my mom’s recipe. She makes it with chawal ki roti but I made it with simple chapati. I bought Mooli and got a lot of leaves so for trial basis I made so little. I was not sure that my husband loved it that much.

This recipe is my mom’s recipe. She makes it with chawal ki roti but I made it with simple chapati. I bought Mooli and got a lot of leaves so for trial basis I made so little. I was not sure that my husband loved it that much.

Cut Mooli and it’s leaves, chilli and garlic. Take a pot and pour little bit oil. Add slices of onions and green chillies

Then add Mooli and cover it for a while to make it soft. Then add garlic slices.

Chop the leaves and put it in the pot with desiccated coconut and salt. Mix it well.

Cover it up for 10 mins on low flame and then dish out. Serve with chapati or roti and enjoy this sabzi😋
