7-8fresh green chilies
2 tspRed chilli powder
1/2 tspturmeric
1 tsppisi rai (mustard seed)optional
1 tbsplemon juice
Salt as per taste
1 tbspcoriander chopped
1 tspchopped fresh garlic
1 tbspcoil

Cut Carrot and chillies into julienne..Add chopped fresh coriander.

Add Garlic,red chili powder,turmeric.mustard powder.salt and lemon juice and mix well.

Add your hot oil and then leave it for 10 minutes..s
