Steps

Firstly rinse all the vegetables. Peel the veggies which need peeling. Chop all the veggies and keep them ready.
You can add your choice of veggies. I have used a mix of potatoes, carrots, french beans, peas and capsicum.
Chop the carrots, beans, potatoes in small cubes or pieces so that they get cooked faster.

Now boil all veggies in pressure cooker

Firstly, in a kadai heat 2 tbsp butter, add 2 onion, 1 tsp ginger garlic paste and saute well.
keeping the flame on low add ¼ tsp turmeric, 1 tsp chilli powder, 2 tbsp pav bhaji masala and 2 tbsp coriander.
saute on low flame until the spices turn aromatic.
now add 2 tomato and saute making sure to turn tomato soft and mushy.
mash the tomato really well and cook until the oil

Now add all boil veggies and mix well. Add pavbhaji masala, mix well.

Add chopped coriander leaves.

Now take 2 pav and slit in the centre, toast on both sides.
finally, enjoy pav bhaji with a dollop of butter.
