Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 1 kgchicken -cut into small pieces
  2. 3 Onions
  3. 2 tomatoes (medium)
  4. as per tasteSalt, chilli powder, coriander powder, and Jeera powder
  5. 4 tbspGinger garlic paste and oil
  6. 1 Methi leaves
  7. as requiredcoriander, green chillies

Cooking Instructions

    Cut onions and green chilli and put them in hot oil in the pan

  2. 2

    Cut tomatoes and methi leaves

  3. 3

    Add salt and turmeric as per taste and let the onion change its color to mild brown.

  4. 4

    Then add cut tomatoes, red chilli, Jeera powder and coriander powder

  5. 5

    Add washed chicken pieces to this

  6. 6

    Leave it to cook for 20mins with lid on

  7. 7

    Then let it simmer without lid for another 20mins. This would make the chicken absorb the gravy and make it semi gravy
