Boil potatoes and mash them. Make small pieces of carrots in a chopper. Add peas in chopper and let it break a little bit.

In a pan add 1 tablespoon oil and add sesame seeds and fennel seeds. Once it starts to flutter add green peas and carrots. Mix well. Add in ginger, green chillies, chilli powder, garam masala, amchur powder, sugar and salt. Mix well. Remove from heat and let it cool.

Add the peas and carrots to mashed potatoes. Add coriander, 2 tablespoons of corn flour, 2 tablespoons of bread crumbs and mix well.
In a bowl add 1 tablespoon of cornflour and 2 tablespoon of water. Make slurry and set aside. In a plate add semolina and set aside. - 6

Make small balls from the mixture and press it in a heart shape mould. Dip them in the corn starch slurry and roll it in semolina. Repeat for the rest.
Deep fry them on medium heat. Turning them over for even cooking.
Remove on kitchen towel to remove access oil. Enjoy with you favourite chutney. - 8
