Roast the Sooji until aromatic, set aside

In a wok heat oil, add mustard seeds, hing and curry leaves, whole dry red chilli, when it splutters add Chana Dal, Urad Dal and stir for 2 mins. Add chopped ginger, stir

Add chopped onions and cook till softened. Add cubed carrots and stir well. Add 2 cups water and bring it to boil. Add sooji and reduce the flame. Mix well so that there are no lumps.

Add salt, sugar and ghee and yogurt and mix well.

Set aside

Serve with coconut chutney and enjoy 😊
