Carrot kheer
Steps

Heat milk add grated carrot and let it boil on low flame for about 10 minutes until the milk thickens. Stirring constantly.

Add sugar and cook for 3-4 minutes on low flame. Add cardamom powder and mix well.

Garnish with dry fruits or as it is as your choice. Serve hot.......
