Oven-baked Chicken Drumsticks (crispy!)

Preheat oven to 425 degrees

Combine flour, baking powder & your fav seasoning blend. I used Kinder’s BBQ blend.

If you don’t have a favorite seasoning blend use garlic, onion, paprika, salt, pepper, & Italian seasoning.

Clean chicken and lather with oil. Helps the flour blend stick better.

Coat the chicken with the flour blend and place on the rack. This recipe is best when you use a sheet pan with a wire cooling rack to circulate heat throughout the chicken.

Bake chicken for 1 hour and spray with olive oil (both sides) halfway through to make it extra crispy. Enjoy!
