One of the family’s favourite at the moment. Salmon with a thin crust layer outside, really juicy in the inside with home made teriyaki sauce.

Rub the oil in the salmon. Set the AirFryer to 200C for 8 minutes.

To make the sauce, put all the ingredients in a sauce pan. High heat until it boils, then reduce the heat to a minimum and let it reduce. If you would like it to be thicker you can add another tablespoon of sugar or optionally a teaspoon of cornstarch.
