In a bowl, mix together grated dudhi, chickpea flour,mango powder,salt, turmeric and fenugreek leaves.
Add extra flour if required to form dough. - 2
Divide the dough in 2-3 portions and steam in a steaming pot. Steam for 15-20 minutes.
Once the steamed dudhi Muthiyas are cooled down little, cut them into pieces. - 3
In a tadka pan, heat oil. Add mustard seeds, green chillies, asofoetida,curry leaves, sesame seeds and add it to the dudhi Muthiyas.
Garnish with fresh Corriander leaves and enjoy 😋
