Melt in Your Mouth No-bake Truffles

Every year, I make this for my chocolate loving (addicted) sister as a winter gift. I always use 3 times the amount of alcohol that the recipe says (I love chocolate and alcohol). My kids also love it, too.
I used dark chocolate bars you can buy at the store. Baking chocolate or crushed chocolate may be more delicious. You could use only rum or brandy, but adding both makes it smell more delicious. You could use any kind of container. I used tofu containers. For 10 x 10 cm [3.9 x 3.9 in] square. Recipe by Yukiline

Steps
- 1
Put all of A's ingredient in a heatable container
- 2
Microwave for 1 minute (700W) to warm and melt the ingredients. Be careful not to overheat.
- 3
Mix until smooth, and then add rum and brandy. (Try not to mix in too much air)
- 4
Line a square box with parchment paper, and pour in Step 3. Refrigerate for at least half a day.
- 5
Sprinkle the top with cacao powder, and take it out of the mold with the parchment paper.
- 6
Also sprinkle the other side with cocoa powder.
- 7
Cut the chocolate with a knife or string. If using string, use both hands and cut in a sawing motion.
- 8
It might help if you prop it up. I turned the mold upside down, and used that.
- 9
Also coat the cut sides with cocoa too. All done!
- 10
This time, I will send this to my sister who really likes (is addicted to?) chocolate.
- 11
You can also wait for the chocolate to cool a little, pipe it, and then refrigerate as normal.
- 12
For truffles, use 10 g less cream. Once the chocolate is firm, shape into a ball, and coat with cacao powder. To make it easier to pour, it's okay to add 10-15g more of cream. Give as gifts!
