I wanted to make custard cream, but I was out of milk, so I made it with yogurt instead.

Combine the egg, sugar, and sifted flour into a heatproof bowl.

Mix well.

Add the yogurt and mix well. Strain through a sieve or tea strainer.

Microwave for 2 minutes and mix. Microwave for another minute and mix again. If it still hasn't thickened, microwave for another minute and mix.
