  7. 1/2 tbsphaldi
  8. 2 tbspDhania (pissa hua)
  9. 1 tspGaram masala
  10. 1/2 tspMethi dana
  11. Tbspdegi Lal mirch
  12. 1 cupOil
  13. 4 tbspSirka,
  14. 1 tbsp salt

    Sabsy pehly fish me sirka aur namak achi tarha mix kar ke 5 sy 10 mint chor dein. Phr achi tarha saaf pani sy dho dein. Is tarha krny sy fish me sy smell khatam ho jati hai

    Ek pateli me oil garam karein aur methi dana dal dein.

    Khusbu anay lagy to adrak lehsan paste aur piyaz dal k achi trha bhone lein k piyaz ka kacha pan nikal jaey aur halka golden colour aaa jaey.

    Phr tamam masalay aur dahi dal k achi tarha bhonen.

  5. 5

    Jab masala achi tarha bhun jaey aur oil chor dein to fish dal k pateli achi tarha hilaen k masala fish pe achi trha mix ho jaey.

    2 sy 3 mint. Isi tarha pakaen.

  7. 7

    Phr jitni patli ya garhi gravy rakhni hy us hisab sy thora ziyada pani dal dein tez anch pe ubal anay dein.

    Phr anch halki kar ke fish galny tak pakaen.

  9. 9

    Fish gal jaey to apny hisab sy gravy rakh lein aur choolha band kar dein.

  10. 10

    Lejiye mazedar fish gravy tayar hy.
