Grind ground nut and sesame seeds. Now mix gramflour, curd, water, red chilli powder, turmeric powder and salt

Mixture is ready keep aside. Now in a pan heat 1tbsp oil add red chilli garlic paste, saute squeezed methi.

Now in a pan, add oil, cumin seeds, asofedita, red chilli-garlic paste, add tomatoes, onion, green chilli chopped. Add all the spices and mix well

Add the besan mixture, and 1cup water. Stir continuously, until it thickens, then add methi leaves and mix well. Cook for 2-3mts

Serve hot with Bajra or Jowar rotis
