Kadhai Paneer
Steps

At first, heat a kadhai add 2 tbsp oil. Then add paneer cubes and fry it till golden brown. Keep aside. In the same kadhai fry capsicum and onion. Keep aside.

In the same kadhai add 2 tbsp oil. Let it heat then add cumin seeds. Stir a second add onion and stir till golden brown. Add ginger, garlic paste and stir properly. Add
green chilli and stir. - 3
Add gram flour and stir continuously. Add garam masala powder, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder. Mix well and cook on low flame. Now add tomato and salt. Mix well and cook it till soft. Add some water and cover it for 2-3 minutes.

Now mashed tomatoes like a paste. Now add curd and cook well. Stir continuously when the paste release oil.

Now add capsicum and mix well. Add 1/2 cup water and mix it. Add paneer and mix well. Cover it and cook for 5 minutes. Add coriander leaves. Kadhai Paneer is ready now. Serve hot with paratha, puri, chapatti etc.....🥰🥰
