Ingredients

3-4 people
  • 3-4large chicken breasts
  • Wood skewers for kabobs
  • 1 pkgmushrooms / Bella
  • 1sweet onion
  • 1orange pepper
  • 1 poundfresh asparagus
  • 1 bottleyour preferred bourbon sauce
  • Seasoning for chicken- I love Penzy spices- revolution

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut chicken, onion and thread onto kabob sticks

  2. 2

    Cut up mushrooms, asparagus and orange pepper - spread into pan that can cook on the grill

  3. 3

    Add 3 tbsp of sauce w mushroom / onion mix

  4. 4

    In another grilled pan add pepper and asparagus, season and add additional sauce.

    Put on the grill for 10-15 min add sauce so it does not dry out, rotate chicken

  6. 6

    While grilling is happening make 4 servings of white rice- I use quick minute rice for a weeknight speedy dinner!
