Ingredients

  • Semolina
  • Butter /ghee
  • Dates paste
  • Honey
  • Blossom water
  • Oil to fry

Steps

  1. 1

    Measure 3 bowls of coarse semolina

  2. 2

    Add 1 bowl of mixed butter and ghee and
    Rub the semolina and the butter and ghee

  3. 3

    Then add 1 bowl of blossom water

  4. 4

    Add mixed blossom water and water until you form a dough
