Kela or Banana gatta masala is a quick semi gravy mouth-watering sabji😋, that you can make in your lunch or dinner, you can enjoy this with Roti, laccha Paratha, traingle Paratha, Butter naan or a simple plain rice. 🤩
Steps

Take washed 6 Raw Banana & 1 aloo (if you like) & boil them in pressure cooker till it soft.
Now after cooling them peel the skin & cut in small pieces. - 2
Take a kadahi on the flame, add 2 tablespoon of oil, in hot oil add Jeera & hing & let them crackle.

Add badi Elaichi, long & 1 bay leave (tez patta) to the oil, then add chopped onion, garlic, ginger & sliced green chilli, keep stirring till it gets soft.

Now add haldi, kashmiri red chilli powder, dhaniya powder & kitchen King / any sabji masala of your choice & mix them completely.

Add chopped tomatoes & mix till gravy release oil, now add boiled banana & mix it properly in the low flame.

Mix salt according to the taste, cover the pan for 5 minutes, if you want a semi thick gravy you can add 1.5 cup of water & cover the pan again for 5 minutes.

Add the crished Kasuri methi & pinch of Garam masala powder in the end, decorate with the fresh coriander & Enjoy this recipe / sabji with Naan / Roti/ Paratha/ Rice. 😊
