Garlic Turmeric Rice

Firstly, cook the rice and set it aside. Leftover cooked rice can be used for this recipe.

Heat a non-stick pan on medium low heat. Add 2 tablespoon of oil. Add the finely chopped onions and garlic and saute it for 6-7 minutes. Add the red pepper flakes and saute it for a minute. Remove from the pan and transfer it on to a plate. Set it aside.

In the same pan, heat 2 tablespoon of oil. Add the finely chopped broccoli and saute it for a minute or two.

Add the finely chopped red bell pepper and saute it for a minute or two. Add the steamed sweet corn and saute it for a minute or two.

Add the cooked basmati rice, turmeric powder and salt and saute it for a minute or two.

Add the cooked onions and garlic and saute it for about 2-3 minutes.

Delicious and Flavorful Garlicky Golden Turmeric Rice is ready. Serve and Enjoy it immediately on its own.
