Ingredients

  1. 2-3large sweet potatoes
  2. 2 tbspolive oil
  3. 2 tbspsalted butter
  4. 1/4 cupgood honey
  5. 1 tbspsalt

Cooking Instructions

    Grease a glass Pyrex dish to hold peeled and cubed sweet potatoes

  2. 2

    Coat in olive oil and honey and mix well to coat evenly. Dab the butter around and add plenty of salt

  3. 3

    Bake at 425° for one hour uncovered
