  • 1big onion
  • 2courgettes
  • 3chicken thighs
  • Spices:
  • cumin whole
  • garam masala
  • paprika
  • turmeric
  • Coriander leaves and pepper

    Slice onion and courgettes

  2. 2

    Add to a pot with all the spices. With olive oil.

  3. 3

    Season the chicken thighs with paprika and garam masala. Add them to the pot skin down.

  4. 4

    Turn over and cover with lid. Let it simmer until fully cooked.
