Chop the onion and tomatoes in two different bowls

Cook the onions in a sufuria with oil till golden brown

Add the chopped onions until it adapts a thick paste

Add the muthokoi, salt and pepper and let it cook for about 7 minutes then add a half cup of water and let it cook for three more minutes

Serve while hot with avocado.... yummy
