Soak the toor dal for 1hour then pressure cook it for 5-6 whistles. Or till its smooth like a paste. Strain the water if left to form a paste like

Now in a pan, add ghee and cook well for 5-6 mts or until mixture leaves the vessel

Now add coco powder and essence cook for 2-3mts

Now add jaggery powder and cardamom powder. Cook again till the mixture leaves tje vessel. For around 7mts

Add enough amount of the stuffing and roll

Cook on both the sides. Apply ghee.

Serve hot topped with ghee
