In a bowl, add sugar and simas. Beat until light and fluffy. Break your eggs, one at a time into the mixture and continue mixing. Add flavor.

In a small bowl, add powdered milk and mix with 1/4 cup water. Keep aside. Sift in your flour and baking powder, add it to the wet ingredients little by little and stir.

Add in the milk and stir until incorporated. Then grease your container and with oil /butter and dust with flour.

Pour the batter inside the container and bake till a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Serve and enjoy.
