Egg kebabs

Sarvat Hanif

These easy Egg Kebabs are made with boiled eggs with typical Pakistani spices. Instead of using mashed potatoes, these kebabs are made with mashed bread slices.

This quick snack recipe is a saviour when you have unannounced hunger pangs. It takes less than 30 minutes to have them on the table to be enjoyed as snack, mini burger or even as a side to a main meal.

If you do not like to use bread, swap it with mashed potatoes.

You can store them in the fridge for up to 4 days. Egg cutlets can also be frozen. Keep them in the freezer for up to 5 months. To use, simply thaw in the fridge and warm them in the oven. If using the microwave, place the kebabs on a kitchen paper otherwise the bottom will become soggy.
