    تیل میں ادرک/لہسن پیسٹ فرائی کر کے اس میں ابلا اور ریشہ کیا ہوا چکن ڈالیں۔اور 2 منٹ پکا لیں۔

    سبزیاں باریک کاٹ کے ڈالیں اور ساتھ ہی نمک،کالی مرچ،سرکہ،سویا ساس،چلی ساس اور کیچپ ڈال کے اچھی طرح مکس کر کے 10 منٹ کے لئے درمیانی آنچ پہ ڈھک کے پکانے کے لئے رکھ دیں۔

    جب پک جائے تو چولہا بند کریں اور کسی برتن میں نکال کے ٹھنڈا ہونے کے لئے رکھ دیںاب میدے میں انڈہ اور پانی مکس کر کے گاڑھا سا آمیزہ بنائیں۔سموسہ پٹی لیں اس پہ آمیزہ 1 کھانے کے چمچ کے برابر رکھیں اور اس کو تکون شکل دے کے آمیزہ لگا کے بند کر لیں۔
