Take half cooked / toasted Maida Roti

Assemble ingredients, finely chop veggies and mix well by adding little salt.

Toast the Rotis in sufficient oil very nicely and keep aside. Break eggs, add chopped greens chilli + salt and whisk well.

Place pan on low heat, add oil, pour egg mixture, spread evenly all over and cook for 1-2 minutes under low flame, place roti and press gently.

Now flip and cook the other side (keeping roti side on pan), spread a layer of tomato ketchup and add the filling and spread evenly.

Cook for few seconds and start rolling gently and carefully. Egg roll is ready to serve.

Serve with tomato ketchup, salad and enjoy home made street food.
