Steps

Peel and cut sweet potato into smaller sizes

Wash and add water with salt and allow to cook

Stir fry your chopped or slightly blended onions and pepper. Add lil spices and seasoning. Keep aside

Check sweet potatoes if it's cooked and drain excess water.

Put in a bowl and add your onions and pepper sauce. And mash
Note: you can add your slightly cooked veggies, or minced meat or fish. - 6
Beat egg and set aside. Bring your flour aside. Add oil to you pan for frying.

Use your hands to scoop the mash potatoes and mould into balls

Dip into flour and dip into egg then fry. Both sides till golden brown.

Serve with tea, juice or alone!!!
