Steps

Firstly take a wok and saute the mawa till it gets golden brown and keep it to cool.

Then mix the refined flour with ghee and water as required to make a soft dough.

Then mix the kand,kishmish and chiraunji in mawa for filling.

Then roll the balls of dough over the the rolling board like puri and fill the 1 tbsp of mawa in it.

Then take a wok and heat the oil for deep fry and put the gujiya in it till it gets light golden.
