Marinade fish with salt + turmeric + cumin powder + coriander powder + red chilli powder and marinade for 15 - 20 minutes and then shallow fry 50 % - 60%.

Remove bones very gently from fish and keep aside. Don’t mash fish fully, keep it bit chunky.

Assemble other ingredients

Mix all gently and give shape of cutlets.

Make slurry of Maida + corn flour + salt + water.

Dip cutlets in slurry and then Coat each cutlets in bread crumbs and keep aside.

In moderately heated pan add oil, shallow fry cutlets under low to medium flame till golden brown.

Flip and fry the other side till golden brown.

Cutlets are ready. Sprinkle Rock salt and ready to serve.

Pair with salad and enjoy to the fullest.
