Simple and Easy Coffee Jello

I wanted to enjoy the flavor of brewed coffee in a gelatin dessert...
Sometimes it's hard to get the gelatin to harden with really hot coffee, but coffee from a coffee maker isn't too hot, so it's just right. For 4 servings. Recipe by toki mama

Steps
- 1
Prepare a coffee maker and measure out 3 tablespoons of sugar.
- 2
Soak the gelatin sheets in water.
- 3
Brew your favorite coffee. Make 400 ml of coffee.
- 4
After soaking the gelatin sheets for about 5 minutes, remove them and pour into a bigger container.
- 5
Add 400 ml of coffee to the bigger container from Step 4. Then, add sugar and mix everything together with a spoon.
- 6
Place the container in a bowl of ice water, and continue to mix until cooled.
- 7
Once the mixture has cooled, pour it into a jello cup or whatever container you want to use. Cover the container with plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator to harden.
- 8
Once it's chilled, it's done. If you make the jello in a big bowl, you can cut it into cubes and serve.
