We are in the best time of the year inwhich almost all houses in the northern part of Nigeria fry kosai(akara)😁 for iftar,
So we always recreate the snack 🥰last year is kosai with okro powder, and this year is stuffed kosai 🥰🥰 delicious,hmmmm just try it.

Steps

Wash and peel the skin from the beans. Soak for 30 min
- 2
Grind it with only garlic.
Until smooth thick paste is obtained.
Always beat the koai paste well, I used mixer to beat mine, it simple and the outcome is superb 🥰 - 3
Clean and wash the chicken breast, cook with salt and garlic, until it's done, mash it and add the seasonings and spices to your taste
Mix and make medium balls from the mashed chicken. - 4
Heat the oil on a medium heat.
scoop the kosai paste in a ladle and put the chicken ball in the middle and cover with another paste,
then gently drop it in the oil.
Do this until the pan is occupied. - 5
Fry both sides until golden brown.
Serve with yaji or pap,
