Dry roast sago in a pan for 2-3 minutes. Then let it cool to room temperature and grind it to a fine powder.

Peel boiled potatoes and grate it. Add choppped coriander leaves, salt, black pepper powder, lemon juice, 1 tb spoon cooking oil and sago powder and mix well. Knead a tight dough by adding water with spoon only. I have used 3-4 tb spoon water. Keep covered for 10 minutes.

After 10 minutes knead again. Now take a portion of dough and make a ball. Likewise make all the balls. 1 have prepared 10 ball with this mixture. Roll puris with the help of rolling pin.

Heat cooking oil in a wok. Deep fry puris from both sides till golden. Remove it in a plate. Likewise make all the puris.

Serve hot with cucumber raita.
